丙炔氟草胺与氟噻草胺混配防治草莓育苗田杂草的效果评价

    Efficacy evaluation of a mixture combining flumioxazin and flufenacet for weed control in strawberry seedling nurseries

    • 摘要: 本文旨在明确丙炔氟草胺与氟噻草胺复配的最佳配比及对草莓育苗田杂草的防效和安全性。通过室内整株生测试验Gowing法评价丙炔氟草胺与氟噻草胺混配的联合作用,筛选出最佳配比后,开展室内和田间的药效及安全性试验。结果表明:丙炔氟草胺与氟噻草胺混配的最佳有效成分配比是1∶4(6%+24%);基于该配比制成的30%丙炔氟草胺·氟噻草胺悬浮剂抑制稗草、狗尾草、牛筋草、饭包草、凹头苋、繁缕、马齿苋、碎米莎草地上部分鲜重90%的剂量(GR90)在124.94~139.76 g a.i./hm2之间,对草莓苗生长无明显影响,选择性指数均大于7.2;30%丙炔氟草胺·氟噻草胺悬浮剂225 g a.i./hm2及以上剂量土壤封闭处理后30 d,对稗属杂草、狗尾草、凹头苋、繁缕、碎米莎草的防效均高于97%,药后60 d的株防效和鲜重防效均在95%以上,且对草莓苗安全。丙炔氟草胺与氟噻草胺混配一次封闭化学防除可有效控制草莓育苗田的草害,对草莓安全。

       

      Abstract: The study aims to clarify the optimal ratio of the mixture of flumioxazin and flufenacet, and its efficacy and safety against weeds in strawberry seedling fields. The whole-plant bioassay using the Gowing method was conducted under greenhouse conditions to evaluate the joint action of flumioxazin and flufenacet and identify the optimal mixture ratio. Subsequently, efficacy and phytotoxicity trials were carried out both under controlled conditions and in the field. The optimal ratio for the combination of flumioxazin and flufenacet is 1:4 (6%+24%). A flumioxazin·flufenacet 30% SC based on this ratio exhibited GR90 values ranging from 124.94 to 139.76 g a.i./hm2 for Echinochloa crusgali (L) Beauv., Setaria viridis (L.) P. Beauv., Eleusine indica (L.) Gaertn., Commelina benghalensis L., Amaranthus blitum L., Stellaria media (L.) Vill., Portulaca oleracea L., and Cyperus iria L. The treatment has no significant negative effect on the growth of strawberry seedlings, with selectivity indexes greater than 7.2. When applied as a pre-emergence soil treatment at rates of 225 g a.i./hm2 or higher, the flumioxazin·flufenacet 30% SC provided >97% control of E. crus-galli, S. viridi, A. blitum, S. media, and C. iria at 30 days after application. Both plant-count and fresh-weight control efficacies remained above 95% at 60 days after application, with no observable phytotoxicity to strawberry seedlings. A single pre-emergence application of the flumioxazin and flufenacet mixture effectively controls weed infestations in strawberry nursery fields and is safe to strawberries.
