氧化阿朴啡生物碱及其农用生物活性研究进展

    Progress on oxoaporphine alkaloids and their activities in agriculture

    • 摘要: 氧化阿朴啡生物碱是一类结构多样、分布广泛的植物源天然产物,因其独特的化学骨架及显著的农用抗细菌、抗真菌及杀虫活性而备受关注。近年来,该类化合物的的分离鉴定、化学合成及生物活性研究取得了显著进展。本文系统综述了氧化阿朴啡生物碱的主要植物来源、化学结构特征及全合成策略,重点总结了其在植物病虫害防治领域的应用潜力,旨在为基于该类骨架的绿色农药研发提供科学依据。

       

      Abstract: Oxoaporphine alkaloids are a class of structurally diverse and widely distributed plant-derived natural products. They possess unique chemical skeletons and exhibit remarkable agricultural antibacterial, antifungal and insecticidal activities, thus showing great research and application potential. Owing to these outstanding properties, oxoaporphine alkaloids have garnered extensive attention in recent years. Significant progress has been made in the isolation and structure elucidation from plant sources, chemical synthesis, and studies on agricultural biological activities. The main plant origins, chemical structural characteristics, and total synthesis strategies of oxoaporphine alkaloids are systematically summarized in this review, with a focus on their application potential in the pest and disease control of crop plants. This review aims to provide a scientific foundation for the research and development of green pesticides based on this privileged scaffold.
