黄瓜植株上联苯菊酯与啶虫脒不同剂型残留对蜜蜂的毒性及消解动态

    Toxicity to honeybees and dissipation dynamics of residues from different formulations of bifenthrin and acetamiprid on cucumber plants

    • 摘要: 在黄瓜植株上分别施用联苯菊酯悬浮剂(SC)、联苯菊酯微囊悬浮剂(CS)、啶虫脒乳油(EC)、啶虫脒CS,评估了不同剂型联苯菊酯和啶虫脒在叶片上的残留对蜜蜂的毒性,及其在黄瓜叶片和花朵上的消解动态差异。结果表明,残留在黄瓜叶片中的联苯菊酯对蜜蜂毒性较为明显,蜜蜂接触叶片24 h内死亡率降至25%的时间(RT25)分别为> 120 h (SC)和 65.6 h (CS);而残留在叶片上的啶虫脒对蜜蜂未表现出毒性,RT25 <3 h。消解动态结果表明,联苯菊酯和啶虫脒在黄瓜叶片和花朵中的消解均符合一级动力学模型,在叶片中的半衰期分别为1.7~3.9 d和0.6~0.9 d,花朵中为0.4~0.8 d和0.5~0.7 d。毒性和残留量存在显著正相关关系,表明农药剂型及环境因素对农药的残留和蜜蜂毒性均有一定影响。该研究全面考察了两种农药在自然条件下的残留动态及其对蜜蜂的潜在危害,为客观评估其实际生态风险提供了技术支撑,有助于保护蜜蜂资源和推动农业可持续发展。

       

      Abstract: Bifenthrin suspension concentrate (SC), bifenthrin capsule suspension (CS), acetamiprid emulsifiable concentrate (EC), and acetamiprid CS were applied separately on cucumber plants to evaluate the toxicity of their leaf residues to honeybees and to compare the dissipation dynamics of the two insecticides on cucumber leaves and flowers applied in different formulation types. The results indicated that the residue of bifenthrin on leaves caused evident toxicity to honeybees, with a 24-h leaf-contact mortality time to 25% (RT25) of > 120 h for SC and 65.6 h for CS, whereas the residue of acetamiprid exhibited no observable toxicity, with RT25 < 3 h. Dissipation of both insecticides in leaves and flowers followed first-order kinetics, with half-lives ranging from 1.7 to 3.9 d for bifenthrin and 0.6 to 0.9 d for acetamiprid on leaves, and from 0.4 to 0.8 d and 0.5 to 0.7 d on flowers, respectively. A significant positive correlation was observed between the residue levels and the toxicity to honeybees, indicating that both formulation type and environmental factors exerted certain influences on residue persistence and toxicity. This research comprehensively investigated the residue dynamics of two pesticides under natural conditions and their potential harm to honeybees, providing technical support for objectively assessing their actual ecological risks and helping to protect bee resources and to promote sustainable agricultural development.
