1-芳基-1,4-二氢-4-氧-6-甲基哒嗪-3-羧酸酯的合成

Synthesis of Alkyl 1-Aryl-1,4-Dihydro-4-Oxo-6-Methylpyridazine-3-Carboxylates

摘要: 为探索哒嗪酮羧酸酯的简便合成方法 ,通过亚磷酸二烷基酯与 1-芳基 - 1,4 -二氢- 4 -氧 - 6 -甲基哒嗪 - 3-羧酸 (摩尔比为 2∶ 1)在 120～ 130℃下共热 4 h,得到 7个收率 63%～85%的哒嗪酸烷基酯。

Abstract: In order to get a convenient method for preparation of pyridazinone carboxylate, 1-aryl-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-6-methyl pyridazine-3-carboxylic acids have been converted to alkyl esters in good yieds by heating them with dialkyl phosphite at 120～30 ℃ for 4 h.
