茚酮肟醚衍生物的合成与生物活性

    Synthesis and Biological Activity of Oxime Ethers Containing Indanone

    • 摘要: 通过傅-克反应及环化、肟化、成醚等反应,合成了10个未见文献报道的茚酮肟醚类化合物,其结构均经1H NMR、IR、LC/MS及元素分析确证。初步生物活性测试结果表明,所合成的化合物具有明显的杀菌活性或杀虫活性,如在100 mg/L时,化合物 V1 对小麦白粉病菌Erysiphe graminis 的抑制率为 95.6%, V5 对粘虫Mythimna separata的致死率为100%。

       

      Abstract: Ten oxime ethers containing indanone were synthesized by Friedel-Crafts reaction, cyclization, oximation, etherification. All novel compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, LC/MS and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay results showed that some compounds had obviously fungicidal or insecticidal activities, for example, the inhibitory ratio of compound V1 against Erysiphe Graminis was 95.6%, while the fatal ratio of compound V5 against Mythimna separate was 100% at the concentration of 100 mg/L.
