    农药暴露对人体健康损害研究的文献计量分析

    Bibliometric analysis on human health impairment induced by pesticide exposure

    • 摘要: 农药暴露对人体的健康损害已成为热点研究课题。对Web of Science平台中ScienceCitation Index Expanded (SCI-E)和Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI)检索的481篇英文论文和中国知网(CNKI)收录的46篇中文论文进行了文献计量分析。农药暴露对健康损害的论文数量总体呈现上升趋势,而以美国为代表的发达国家在该方面研究中占据主导地位。病例对照研究、队列研究和横截面研究是该方面最主要研究类型,而Logistic回归和线性回归是被采用最多的定量研究方法。农药暴露对人体各个系统,尤其是神经系统、循环系统和生殖系统的健康损害是主要研究领域,也是2011-2015年的研究热点;大量论文分析了农药暴露与癌症和死亡之间的关系。与发达国家相比,中国在该方面的研究仍存在较大差距。

       

      Abstract: Human health impairment induced by pesticide exposure has become a hot research topic. In this study, a bibliometric analysis on 481 English articles indexed by Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-E) and Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) in Web of Science, and 46 Chinese articles indexed by China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) has been conducted. Generally, the number of articles about the health impairment induced by pesticide exposure is increasing, and the developed countries represented by the United States of America play a dominant role in this research field. The case-control study, the cohort study and the cross-sectional study are the three major research types, and Logistic regression and linear regression are the two most commonly adopted quantitative research methods. The impairment effect induced by pesticide exposure on all the human body systems, especially the nerve system, the reproductive system, and the circulatory system are the major research areas, which have also become the hot research issues during the period of 2011 to 2015. Substantial articles have also analyzed the correlations between pesticide exposure and the human cancer as well as death. It is noteworthy that there is a large gap between China and the developed countries in terms of the research performance in the field of the health impairment induced by pesticide exposure.
