    荔枝霜疫霉不同发育阶段对4种QoI类杀菌剂的敏感性

    Sensitivity of Peronophythora litchii at different development stages to four QoI fungicides

    • 摘要: 荔枝霜疫霉是荔枝上的严重病害。在离体条件下比较了4种QoI类杀菌剂烯肟菌酯、烯肟菌胺、SYP-2815和苯醚菌酯对荔枝霜疫霉不同发育阶段的影响。结果表明:供试药剂对荔枝霜疫霉病菌菌丝扩展及孢子囊产生量均表现出一定的抑制作用,EC50值分别在0.1970~1.2579 μg/mL和0.2127~0.8160 μg/mL之间,而对其游动孢子释放的抑制作用较低,EC50值在4.1448~7.4253 μg/mL之间;4种药剂在一定浓度下会加速游动孢子的消解,抑制休止孢的形成;对孢子囊和休止孢萌发具有优异的抑制活性,EC50值分别在0.0465~0.3424 μg/mL和0.0365~0.1877 μg/mL之间。

       

      Abstract: Litchi downy blight, caused by Peronophythora litchii, is one of the most important diseases of litchi. Sensitivities of P. litchii to four QoI fungicides including enestroburin, SYP-1620, SYP-2815 and ZJ0712, were tested in vitro at different development stages. The results showed that all four QoI fungicides had strong inhibitory activity on mycelial growth and sporangium production of P. litchii, with EC50 values ranging from 0.197 0 to 1.257 9 μg/mL and from 0.212 7 to 0.816 0 μg/mL, respectively. The release of zoospore from sporangium was less inhibited by these fungicides, with EC50 values ranging from 4.144 8 to 7.425 3 μg/mL, while the rupture of zoospore was accelerated and the information of cystospore was inhibited when exposed to certain concentrations of these fungicides. All four QoI fungicides showed much strong inhibitory activity on the germination of sporangium and cystospore, with EC50 values ranging from 0.046 5 to 0.342 4 μg/mL and from 0.036 5 to 0.187 7 μg/mL, respectively.
