    溴氰虫酰胺对白背飞虱室内敏感种群的亚致死效应

    Subletal effects of cyantraniliprole on lab sensitive population of Sogatella furcifera (Horváth)

    • 摘要: 为探究溴氰虫酰胺对白背飞虱的亚致死效应,采用稻茎浸渍法,分别以LC10和LC25浓度的溴氰虫酰胺胁迫白背飞虱3龄若虫,观察受胁迫后试虫发育历期、产卵量和雌虫寿命的变化情况,并组建了其F1代种群的特定时间生命表。结果表明:经LC10和LC25浓度溴氰虫酰胺胁迫后,F0代白背飞虱单雌产卵量与对照相比差异显著,分别减少了40.41%和41.36%;F1代雌虫比例(Fr)及孵化率(Ha)与对照相比差异不显著,但其繁殖力(Fd)比对照组分别降低了14.41%和16.31%,预测的后代数量(N)及种群增长趋势指数(I)也均低于对照组。经溴氰虫酰胺LC10和LC25浓度处理后,白背飞虱的相对适合度分别为0.78和0.64。根据研究结果推测,在田间施用溴氰虫酰胺防治水稻害虫时,不仅对当代白背飞虱有致死效应,对其后代种群的增长也有一定的抑制作用。

       

      Abstract: In order to evaluate the sublethal effects of cyantraniliprole on Sogatella furcifera (Horváth), the rice stem dipping method was used in this study and the S. furcifera 3rd instar nymph was treated with the cyantraniliprole of LC10 and LC25 concentrations. Then the change of developmental duration, fecundity and female longevity were studied and the time specific life table of F1 generation population was established. Results showed that the number of the female fecundity of the F0 generation treated with LC 10 and LC25 is significantly different from the control group, which is reduced by 40.41% and 41.36%, respectively. After the treatment of cyantraniliprole, no significant differences on the female ratio (Fr) and hatchability (Ha) of the F1 generation were observed compared with the control group. However, the fecundity was reduced by 14.41% and 16.31%, respectively. Besides, the predicted number of offspring (N) and population trend index (I) were lower than that of the control. After treated with cyantraniliprole of the LC10 and LC25 concentrations, the relative fitness of S. furcifera were 0.78 and 0.64, respectively. The results of the study indicated that using cyantraniliprole for rice pests control in the field will not only have a lethal effect on the existing S. furcifera, but also have a certain inhibiting effect on the next generation.
