    15%阿维菌素﹒吡唑醚菌酯﹒三唑酮热雾剂配方研制

    • 摘要: 为实现有效兼治橡胶树的白粉病和螨类为害,研制得到15%阿维菌素·吡唑醚菌酯·三唑酮热雾剂配方。通过对3种有效成分的饱和溶解度试验,根据溶剂的溶解性能及热雾剂的闪点、黏度等因素,筛选确定了主溶剂和助溶剂;根据添加表面活性剂后药液的理化性质,筛选出适宜的表面活性剂;结合制剂其他相关性能指标测定结果,最终确定了15%阿维菌素·吡唑醚菌酯·三唑酮热雾剂的最优质量分数配比为:阿维菌素5%,吡唑醚菌酯5%,三唑酮5%,三甘醇54%,二甲基甲酰胺21%,表面活性剂500# 4%、600# 3%、700# 3%。理化性质及贮存稳定性测定结果表明,该15%阿维菌素·吡唑醚菌酯·三唑酮热雾剂外观透明,闪点高,黏度低,发烟量大,产品冷贮及热贮质量稳定,达到热雾剂的相关建议技术指标要求,可考虑用于田间橡胶树白粉病和螨类的兼治。

       

      Abstract: The formulation of abamectin · pyraclostrobin · triadimefon 15% hot fogging concentrate was investigated in order to control powdery mildew and mite pests on the rubber tree effectively. The dissolution performance of three effective ingredients were tested. Two solvents were selected according to the dissolution performance of the solvents and the requirements of the flash point and viscosity of the hot fogging concentrates. The suitable surfactants were selected by comparing physicochemical properties of the solutions which contains both the active ingredients and surfactants. The related quality indicators of preparation were also studied to optimize the formulation of hot fogging concentrate. According to the screening experiments, the optimum formula of 15% hot fogging concentrate was 5% abamectin, 5% pyraclostrobin, 5% triadimefon, 54% triethylene glycol, 21% dimethyl formamide, 4% 500#, 3% 600# and 3% 700#. The physicochemical characterization and storage stability were studied and the results showed that the abamectin · pyraclostrobin · triadimefon 15% hot fogging concentrate has transparent appearance, high flash point, low viscosity, great amount of smoke and stable in both cold and hot storage, which meets the national standards of the hot fogging concentrate. Potentially, this fogging concentrate can be used for the control of powdery mildew and mite pests on rubber tree in the field.
