High-throughput screening of pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines by QuEChERS-GC-MS/MS method

  • 摘要: 建立了460种农药残留的气相色谱-串联质谱方法数据库,并结合QuEChERS样品前处理技术用于植物源中药材中农药多残留的快速高通量筛查检测。样品采用0.1%乙酸-乙腈提取,经氯化钠盐析分层、PSA + C18分散固相萃取净化后,GC-MS/MS测定。结果表明:根茎类、花叶类、籽实类、全草类和皮类5种类型中药材基质中421种农药定量限 (LOQ) 在0.006~221 μg/kg之间,其中80%以上农药LOQ低于50 μg/kg。在100 μg/kg添加水平下,72%以上农药的回收率在60%~120%之间,77%以上农药的精密度在20%以内。该方法具有简便、快速和高通量的优势,实现了一针进样同时检测400多种农药残留。采用本研究方法对市售215批样品进行筛查检测,结果共检出72种农药残留,其中毒死蜱和氟氯氰菊酯的检出率和检出浓度均较高,其潜在质量安全风险需要引起关注。
