    毒死蜱对稀有鮈鲫不同生命阶段的毒性效应

    Toxicity effects of chlorpyrifos to different life stages of Chinese rare minnow(Gobiocypris rarus)

    • 摘要: 为探明毒死蜱对鱼类不同生命阶段的毒性效应,以稀有鮈鲫Gobiocypris rarus为测试生物,评价了毒死蜱对其的急性毒性及对胚胎生长发育的毒性效应。结果表明:毒死蜱对稀有鮈鲫胚胎、仔鱼、幼鱼和成鱼的96 h-LC50值分别为7.59(5.14~9.86)、0.393 (0.326~0.447)、0.047 8 (0.038 2~0.054 9)和0.027 2 (0.021 9~0.041 9) mg/L,毒死蜱对稀有鮈鲫4个生命阶段的毒性大小依次为成鱼 >幼鱼 >仔鱼 >胚胎;稀有鮈鲫暴露于毒死蜱后最明显的中毒症状是脊柱畸形;此外,质量浓度为6.13~35.8 mg/L的毒死蜱在48 h时可明显促进稀有鮈鲫胚胎的孵化。

       

      Abstract: In order to assess the toxic effects of chlorpyrifos to different life stages of fish, Chinese rare minnow(Gobiocypris rarus) was used as the test animal, and the acute toxicity as well as the toxic effects of chlorpyrifos on embryonic development of G.rarus were evaluated. The results showed that the 96 h-LC50 value of chlorpyrifos to embryos, larvae, juvenile and adult fish of rare minnow was 7.59 (5.14-9.86), 0.393 (0.326-0.447), 0.047 8 (0.038 2-0.054 9) and 0.027 2 (0.021 9-0.041 9) mg/L, respectively. The toxicity of chlorpyrifos to four different life stages of rare minnow as follows: adult fish> juveniles >larval fish> embryo. It shows that the most sensitive symptom was spinal deformity when exposed to chlorpyrifos. In addition, the embryos hatching rate of rare minnow was significantly promoted by chlorpyrifos in the concentration range of 6.13-35.8 mg/L at 48 h.
