Abstract:
101 strains of Corynespora cassiicola Wei were isolated from 8 areas in Liaoning Province, and their sensitivity to difenoconazole and tebuconazole were examined by mycelium growth rate method in vitro. The results showed the EC50 values of difenoconazole to the 101 strains ranged from 1.062-18.918 μg/mL, with a difference of more than 16.814 times, the average EC50 value was (7.109±4.578) μg/mL. Mean while the EC50 values of tebuconazole ranged from 1.624-21.708 μg/mL, with a difference of more than 12.367 times, the auerage EC50 value was (9.398±4.944) μg/mL. No resistant strain was detected in the field. The sensitivity of C.cassiicola from different areas to difenoconazole and tebuconazole showed no significant difference.
