    • 摘要: 农药制剂设计是农药原药向实际应用转化的核心环节,在环境保护与农药减施政策驱动下,其发展正转向绿色、安全、高效和精准化。传统的农药制剂设计较大程度上依赖经验积累和大量实验试错,人工智能(AI)技术凭借数据建模与智能优化能力,成为突破产业瓶颈的关键。本文系统综述了AI技术在农药制剂研发中的前沿应用,主要涵盖配方智能设计、生产过程自动化管控、精准施药决策以及环境风险评估核心场景,并结合典型案例分析了其技术路径与实际效能。旨在为农药制剂智能化研发与可持续农业发展提供理论与技术参考。

       

      Abstract: The design of pesticide formulations serves as the core link for translating pesticide prodrugs into practical applications. Driven by environmental protection and pesticide reduction policies, its development is shifting toward green, safe, efficient, and refinement. Traditional pesticide formulation design largely relies on accumulated experience and trial-and-error experimentation, whereas artificial intelligence (AI) technology, with its capabilities in data modeling and intelligent optimization, has become crucial for breaking through industrial bottlenecks. This paper systematically reviews the cutting-edge applications of AI technology in pesticide formulation research and development, covering core scenarios such as intelligent formula design, automated production process control, precision pesticide application decision-making, and environmental risk assessment. It also analyzes their technical pathways and practical effectiveness through typical cases, providing theoretical and technical references for the intelligent research and development of pesticide formulations and sustainable agricultural practices.
