    瓢虫防卫生物碱2-(12-氨基十三烷基)吡咯烷的合成

    SYNTHESIS OF 2-(12-AMINOTRIDECYL)PYRROLIDINE, A NEW DEFENSIVE ALKALOID

    • 摘要: 2- (12 -氨基十三烷基 )吡咯烷 (1)是从墨西哥大豆瓢虫 Epilachna varivestis中分离的新防卫生物碱。本文报道以 2 -吡咯烷甲醇和 11-溴 - 1-十一烷醇为起始原料合成该防卫生物碱 ,Wittig反应是实现本合成的关键步骤。

       

      Abstract: The efficient synthesis of 2 (12 aminotridecyl)pyrrolidine (1), a new defensive alkaloid of Mexican bean beetle, Epilachna varivestis(Coccinellidae), has been achieved by employing the Wittig reaction as key step and 1 bromo 11 ethylenedioxyundecane as precursor of phosphonium bromide. Commercially available 2 pyrrolidinemethanol and 11 bromo 1 undecanol were used as the starting materials.
