    2-氰基-3-取代胺基(或甲硫基)-3-(2-氯-5-吡啶甲胺基)-丙烯酸酯类化合物的合成及生物活性

    SYNTHESIS AND BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF 3- (SUBSTITUTED) AMINO (OR METHYLTHIO)-3-(2-CHLORO- 5-PYRIDYLMETHYL) AMINO-2-CYANOACRYLATE

    • Abstract: In this paper, 3-(2-chloro-5-pyridylmethyl)amino-2-cyano-3-methylthio ethyl acrylates 3 were synthesized. By the reaction of 3 as an intermediate with amines, 5 new 3-(substituted)amino-3-(2-chloro-5-pyridylmethyl)amino-2-cyano ethyl acrylates were prepared. When 3 reacted with hydrazine, the corresponding cyclic compound 4f was obtained. The preliminary bioassays showed that compounds 3 has good herbicidal activity.
