    SYNTHESIS AND FUNGISTATIC ACTIVITY OF O-(α-CYANO-3-PHENOXY)BENZYL THIOPHOSPHORATES AND THIOPHOSPHORAMIDATES

    • 摘要: 合成了一系列含有 α-氰基 -间苯氧苯甲基的磷酸酯和磷酰胺 ,其化学结构经元素分析和 1HNMR确认。活体外试验表明它们对植物根癌病的病源菌土壤根癌杆菌 Agrobacterium rhizogenes和 A.vitis具有很好的抑制活性。含磷化合物对土壤根癌杆菌具有抑制活性属首次报道

       

      Abstract: A series of thiophosphorates (I) and thiophosphoramidates (II) containing α-cyano-3-phenoxy-benzyl group were synthesized and their structures were confirmed by NMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay in vitro showed that the thiophosphoramides synthesized have good activity against Agrobacterium vitis. The relationships between the structures of I,II and their fungistatic activity were discussed also.
