Abstract: The consultat ion system fo r pest icide p rescrip t ion w as p rogrammed by V isual FoxP ro 6. 0. Based on the database about pest icide p rescrip t ion and pest icide perfo rmance, acco rding to the input of the pest name, the system could put fo rw ard different pest icide p rescrip t ions, meant ime the system could p rovide about pest feature and integrated management measures. The system’s fuzzy match ing modelmade the con2 sult smart and gave the info rmat ion in detail. Hence th is system can be put into p ract ice extensively.
