有机磷和有机氯杀虫剂在谷物籽粒中多残留分析方法的研究

Study on Multi-residue Analysis of OP and OCl Insecticides in Grain

摘要: 对谷物中常用的8 种有机磷和2 种有机氯杀虫剂的多残留分析方法进行了研究。样本前处理采取凝胶色谱柱净化方法。选取稻米、小麦、玉米3 种谷物籽粒进行了不同浓度的添加回收实验, 结果表明, 农药在谷物样本上的添加回收率介于81. 74%～ 101. 60% , 变异系数为0. 60%～ 12. 53% , 均达到残留分析要求。

Abstract: The multi-residue analytical method of 8 OP and 2 OCl insecticides that applied in rice, wheat and maize were reported. A gel permeation chromatography clean-up method was introduced. The fortified average recovery and variation coefficient of the above insecticides in these 3 crops were 81.74%~101.60% and 0.60%~12.53%,respectively.
