    SPE of 12 Pesticides in Water and Their Ion Trap GC-MS Analysis

    • 摘要: 利用气相色谱法进行测定 ,用己烷和丙酮做洗脱溶剂 ,用 Isolute TMENV+SPE柱对水中 12种农药的固相萃取方法进行了研究 ,并用 MS选择离子模式进行了定量分析。水中添加浓度为 1、5、10μg· L-1三个水平 ,其中 11种农药的添加回收率在 6 2 .3%~ 10 5.0 % ,只有克百威的回收率较低。

       

      Abstract: The analysis of 12 pesticides by ion trap GC-MS under selected ion monitoring mode was presented. Isolute TM ENV+ SPE column was used to extract 12 pesticides from water. The eluted solvents were hexane and acetone. The fortified level was 1、5、10 μg·L -1 ,respectively. The result showed that the fortified recoveries of 11 pesticides were 62.3%~105.0% except carbofuran.
