    杀虫植物苦皮藤麻醉成分的结构与毒力

    Structure and Toxicity of Narcotic Components of Celastrus angulatus

    • 摘要: 从杀虫植物苦皮藤 Celastrus angulatus Max.根皮中分离出2个对东方粘虫 Mythimna separata (Walker) 具有麻醉活性的新化合物。采用高分辨质谱和超导核磁共振谱鉴定其 结构为1α,2α,6β,8β,13-五乙酰氧基-4β-羟基-9β-苯甲酰氧基-β-二氢沉香呋喃1(苦皮藤素Ⅵ)和1α,2α,6β-三乙酰氧基-4β-羟基-8α-呋喃甲酰氧基-9β-苯甲酰氧基-13-异丁酰氧基-β-二氢沉香呋喃2(苦皮藤素Ⅶ)。两者对5龄东方粘虫的麻醉中量(ND50)分别为159.8和59.9μg/g。

       

      Abstract: Two new compounds with narcotic action against armyworm ( Mythimna separata ) were isolated from the root bark of Celastrus angulatus . Their structures were determined as 1α,2α,6β,8β,13-pentaacetoxy-9β-benzoyl oxy-4β-hydroxy-β-dihydroagarofuran (Celangulin Ⅵ), 1α2α,6β-triacetoxy-8 α -( β -furancarbon yl oxy)-9β-benzoyloxy-13-isobutanoyloxy-4β-hydroxy-β-dihyd roagarofuran(Celangulin Ⅶ), mainly by NMR and MS spectra l data. The ND 50 values (the dose required to make the larval narcotized 50% of the papula tion of Mythimna separata ) for Celangulin Ⅵ and Ⅶ were 159.8 μg/g and 59.9 μg/g.
