    The Synthesis and Biological Activities of Substituted Acrylamide Compounds

    • 摘要: 通过醛与丙二酸反应获得取代丙烯酸后,经PCl3酰氯化,胺化,得到一系列取代丙烯酰胺类化合物,其化学结构经1H NMR和MS确认。初步生物活性试验结果表明,该类化合物具有较好的除草活性。

       

      Abstract: A series of substituted acrylamides A were synthesized from acrylic acid and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS. Preliminary biossay showed that the obtained A have good herbicidal activity.
