    Studies on Pyridine Derivatives(VI):Synthesis and Bioassay of 3-Isonicotinic Amidyl-2-Alkyl(aryl)thiazolin-4-One

    • 摘要: 通过巯基乙酸与异烟酰腙的亲核加成,再经分子内酰胺化反应合成了一系列3-异烟酰胺基-2-烃基噻唑啉-4-酮类化合物,其结构经元素分析和1H NMR确认。室内生物活性研究表明,化合物 IIc和IIh 在50 mg/L浓度下对葡萄白腐病Coniothyrium diplodiella(Speg.)Sace离体相对抑制百分数达80%。

       

      Abstract: Title compounds were synthesized by a simply nucleophilic addition of mercaptoacetic acid to corresponding isonicotinoyl hydrazones, followed by an intramolecular amidation reaction. All of them were screened for herbicidal, fungicidal and plant growth regulating activities. Compound IIc and IIh showed 80% inhibition to Coniothyrium diplodiella (Speg.)Sace in vitro at 50 mg/L.
