    Synthesis and Characterization of Structures of (Z)-2-(1H-1,2,4-Triazol-1-Yl)-1- (2,3,4-Trimethoxy) Acetophenoxime Ester Derivatives (1.;2.;3.)

    • 摘要: 合成了8个(Z)-2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1-(2,3,4-三甲氧基苯)乙酮肟酯新化合物,经元素分析、IR、1H NMR、MS对其结构进行了表征。讨论了目标化合物的合成方法和立体化学结果。

       

      Abstract: Eight new title compounds were synthesized by the reaction of acyl chloride with (Z)-oxime under triethyl amine/CHCl3 solvent condition. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and MS techniques. The reaction methods and stereochemical results were discussed.
