    新的苄醇类化合物的合成及其生物活性

    The Synthesis and Biological Activities of New Benzalcohol Derivatives

    • 摘要: 通过格氏反应设计合成了21个化合物,所有目标化合物的结构经1H NMR和GC-MS分析确证。生物测试结果表明,部分化合物显示出较好的杀菌活性,如 BCT-5 在盆栽实验中于125 mg/L下能85%杀死瓜白粉病菌, BCT-2 在离体实验中于50 mg/L下能100%杀死白叶枯病菌。

       

      Abstract: In total, 21 benzalcohol derivatives have been synthesized via Green reaction, and their structures have been proved by 1H NMR and GC-MS. The bioassay results showed that some of the title compounds possessed a satisfactory activity. BCT-5 showed 85% inhibitory effect on PDA plate of Sphaerotheca fuliginea (Sf) in vivo at 125 mg/L. BCT-2 showed 100% inhibitory effect on PDA plata of Xanthomonas oryzae (Xo) in vitro at 50 mg/L.
