    Advances on the Application of Supercritical Fluid Extraction Method for the Pesticide Residue Analysis

    • 摘要: 从超临界流体萃取的原理和特点、提取剂种类、样品前处理、萃取条件的选择、超临界萃取与3种经典提取方法的比较等5个方面进行了综述,并展望了其应用前景,旨在使国内对这项技术在农药残留上的应用引起重视。

       

      Abstract: The theory and characteristic of supercritical fluid extraction (SFE), types of extract fluid, sample preparation, optimum extraction conditions and comparison among SFE, solvent extraction, Soxhlet extraction and sonic probe extraction were summarized; finally, the prospects for application of SFE for the analysis of pesticide residues were discussed.
