    新杀菌剂邻丙烯基苯酚在番茄中的残留分析研究

    Study on Residue Analysis of a New Fungicide 2-Propenylphenol in Tomato

    • 摘要: 研究了新的仿生农用杀菌剂邻丙烯基苯酚的残留分析方法及其在番茄中的消解动态和最终残留。番茄经丙酮提取、液液分配及弗罗里硅土净化、浓缩、定容后,用带紫外检测器的高效液相色谱进行测定。邻丙烯基苯酚的最低检出量为3 ng,在番茄中的最低检出浓度是0.01 mg/kg。本方法的添加回收率为87.7%~90.2%,变异系数1.25%~2.06%,符合残留分析要求。运用上述方法,测定了邻丙烯基苯酚在番茄中的消解动态以及最终残留,结果表明:邻丙烯基苯酚在番茄中的半衰期为6.37 d,番茄收获时邻丙烯基苯酚消解在80%以上。

       

      Abstract: The method of residue analysis of a new synthesized fungicide 2-propenylphenol simulated the active structure in Gingko biloba L. and the degradation and final residue of 2-propenylphenol in tomato were studied. Residues of 2-propenylphenol were extracted from tomato with acetone, purified by liquid-liquid partition and Florisil, concentrated to a small volume, and then determined by HPLC with UV-detector. The minimum detectable amount of 2-propenylphenol was 3 ng, the minimum detectable concentration of 2-propenylphenol in the samples of tomato were 0.01 mg/kg. The average recoveries and coefficient of variation the method were 87.7%~90.2% and 1.25%~2.06% respectively. The degradation and final residue in tomato were determined with the method described above. The results showed that the half-life of 2-propenylphenol in tomato was 6.37 days, and 2-propenylphenol was degraded by 80% in tomato at the tomato harvest.
