    吡啶衍生物研究(VII):含1,3,4-噻二唑环的吡啶衍生物的合成及生物活性

    Studies on Pyridine Derivatives (VII): Synthesis and Insecticidal Activities of Pyridine Derivatives with an 1,3,4-Thiadiazole Moiety

    • 摘要: 依据活性基团拼接原理,设计合成了含1,3,4-噻二唑和吡啶两种杂环的酰基脲类似物( Ⅰ )和新烟碱类化合物( Ⅱ )。杀虫活性测定表明,在2 000 μg/mL剂量下,施药3 d后 Ⅰ g 对棉铃虫的杀死率达90%,但其它化合物均未表现出显著的杀虫活性。

       

      Abstract: Two series of novel pyridine derivatives Ⅰ and Ⅱ with an 1,3,4-thiadiazole moiety were synthesized. Only Ⅰ g exhibited 90% lethal ratio to Helicoverpa armigera under 2 000 μg/mL after 3 days of administration. All the other compounds were proved to have none insecticidal activity to the tested insects under tested doses.
