    新型氮杂黄烷酮化合物的合成及杀菌活性研究

    Synthesis and Fungicidal Activity of Novel Diazinflavanones

    • 摘要: 以取代肉桂酸和巴比吐酸在三氯氧磷、三氯化铝催化下酰化关环直接合成一系列新型氮杂黄烷酮衍生物5,7-二羟基-2'-氯代嘧啶氮杂黄烷酮等,所有新化合物的结构经IR、1H NMR、质谱和元素分析确认。生测结果显示大部分化合物具有很好的灭菌活性。

       

      Abstract: A synthesis of flavanones was provided, that a series of substituted cinnamic acid reacted with 2,4,6-trihydroxy pyrimidine,catalyzed by phosphorus oxychlorid and aluminum chloride (anhydrous). It could directly obtained series of novel diazinflavanones such as 5,7-dihydroxy-2'-chlor-diazin-flavanone. Their structures were confirmed by IR、1H NMR、MS and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological test indicated that most of these compounds had good fungicidal activity.
