    Effect of Novel Insecticide HNPC-A9908 on Growth of Green Algae Chlorella pyrenoidosa

    • 摘要: 研究了肟醚类杀虫剂HNPC-A9908 对蛋白核小球藻Chlorella pyrenoidosa生长的毒性效应,结果表明,HNPC-A9908对蛋白核小球藻细胞生长具有一定的抑制作用,其抑制程度与药剂浓度呈正相关。当以丙酮为溶剂时,HNPC-A9908对蛋白核小球藻的96 h-EC50值为3.14 mg/L,以乙酸乙酯为溶剂时为25.2 mg/L。参照国家有关建议评价标准,HNPC-A9908对蛋白核小球藻属于低毒。此外,HNPC-A9908对蛋白核小球藻的光合色素含量也具有一定的影响,其中以对叶绿素a的影响最大。

       

      Abstract: HNPC-A9908 is a novel insecticide which is effective in controlling various pest insects on vegetable, rice and other crops. Toxicity of HNPC-A9908 to the green algae Chlorella pyrenoidosa was studied in the laboratory through 96~120 h acute toxicity tests using the algae test flasks. The experimental results showed that HNPC-A9908 had some inhibition to the growth of the algae, and its 96 h-EC50 value in acetone and in ethyl acetate is 3.14 mg/L and 25.2 mg/L, respectively, indicating that HNPC-A9908 was considered as a low toxic pesticide to the green algae. In addition, HNPC-A9908 also exhibited some inhibitory effects on the photosynthesis pigments such as chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, the greatest inhibition was observed in chlorophyll a of the algae.
