    甘蓝及其土壤中富表甲氨基阿维菌素残留动态研究

    Study on Residual Dynamic of Emamectin in Cabbage and Soil

    • 摘要: 采用丙酮-水提取甘蓝和土壤中残留的富表甲氨基阿维菌素,经液液分配净化后,采用正相HPLC-UVD方法对富表甲氨基阿维菌素在甘蓝和土壤中残留动态进行研究。方法最小检出量为0.1 ng,最低检出浓度为0.002 mg/kg,样本添加回收率在82.7%~102.0%之间。研究结果表明,富表甲氨基阿维菌素在北京土壤和甘蓝中的半衰期分别为0.8 d和0.5 d,在合肥土壤和甘蓝中的半衰期分别为0.8 d和1 d。在高剂量施药处理的土壤和甘蓝中,最终残留低于最低检出浓度。

       

      Abstract: Residue of emamectin in cabbage and soil was extracted by acetone/water and cleanup with LLE, and determined by normal phase HPLC equipped with UVD. The method was used to study the residual dynamic and the final residue of emamectin in cabbage and soil. The lowest detectable concentration was 0.002 mg/kg. The fortified recoveries of emamectin were 82.7%~102.0%. The results showed that in Beijing and Hefei field trial the half-life of emamectin in cabbage was 0.5 day and 1 day respectively, and the half-life in soil was 0.8 day. No residue was detected in cabbage samples.
