    Synthesis and Herbicidal Activities of N(α-aryloxypropionyl)α-Amino Methylene Phosphonic Acid Diphenyl Esters

    • 摘要: 通过芳氧丙酸与α-氨基膦酸二苯酯的缩合反应合成了8个未见报道的目 标化合物,利用红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱及元素分析确定了目标化合物的结构,初步的生物活性测定结果表明,目标化合物具有较好的除草活性,如化合物 Vg ,在浓度为10 mg/L下对单、双子叶植物的抑制率接近于2,4-D。

       

      Abstract: In order to look for new types of herbicides, eight new title compounds were synthesized by the condensation reaction of O,O-diphenyl-α-aminomethylenephosphonates and α-aryloxy propionic acids. The products were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, elemental analysis and MS. The results of bioassays showed that most of the new compounds have good herbicidal activities, for example, the herbicidal activity of compound Vg is as good as that of 2,4-D at the concentration of 10 mg/L.
