摘要: 综述了一大类重要的天然产物Milbemycins在近十年来的研究进展情况。并重点对此类化合 物的结构化学修饰方法进行了论述,同时对经结构修饰所获得的化合物的生物活性进行了初步的总结。Abstract: The progress in recent years on a very important family of nature product Milbemycins is summerized. And the methods of chemical modification for these compound are discussed. At the same time, biological activities of target compounds are also summerized.
