    化学杀虫剂对苏云金杆菌芽孢及伴胞晶体的影响

    Effect of Some Chemical Insecticides on Bacillus thuringiensis Spore and Parasporal Crystals

    • 摘要: 研究了7种常用化学杀虫剂对苏云金杆菌芽孢及伴胞晶体的影响及作用,结果表明,常用浓度下,2.5%溴氰菊酯乳油、48%毒死蜱乳油对苏云金杆菌芽孢及伴胞晶体无影响,可与苏云金杆菌制剂事先做成混剂;4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油、2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯乳油、20%灭多威和40%辛硫磷在短时期内对芽孢及伴胞晶体无明显影响,可与苏云金杆菌制剂现混现用;80%敌敌畏乳油(500倍稀释)对苏云金杆菌伴胞晶体有明显损伤作用,不宜与苏云金杆菌制剂混合使用。

       

      Abstract: The effects of seven chemical insecticides on CH strain were reported. The results of the laboratory study showed that 2.5% deltamethrin EC, 48% chlorpyrifos EC had no harmful effects and they can be made as composite preparation with Bt, 4.5% beta-cypermethrin EC, 2.5% lambda-cyhalothrin EC, 20% methomyl EC and 40% phoxim EC had weak harmful effects on Bt spore and they can be tank mixed with Bt for use. 80% dichlorvos was very harmful to parasporal crystals. SDS-PAGE analysis and bioassay also showed the same results.
