    天然源化合物曲酸对小菜蛾酚氧化酶抑制作用研究初报

    Effect of Kojic Acid on Phenoloxidase Activity in Diamondback Moth

    • 摘要: 研究了曲酸对小菜蛾酚氧化酶的抑制作用及抑制类型。结果表明,曲酸对该试虫酚氧化酶的抑制中浓度(I50)为66.54 μg/mL,是酚氧化酶典型的竞争型抑制剂。对以曲酸为模板,研究开发对酚氧化酶有抑制作用的"昆虫生命活动干扰剂"理论及实践进行了讨论。

       

      Abstract: Phenoloxidase (PO) is one of the key enzymes in the insect molting process. Its inhibitors might ultimately provide clues to control insect pests. Based on the theory of "insect development and reproduction disrupters", the study focuses on the inhibitory activity of natural product-kojic acid to PO. The results showed that kojic acid is a competitive inhibitor on the enzyme is from diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella.
