    二氢茉莉酸丙酯诱导烟草抗黑胫病作用研究

    Effect of Propyl Dihydrojasmonate on Tobacco Resistance to Black Shank

    • 摘要: 研究了二氢茉莉酸丙酯(PDJ)对烟草黑胫病的控制作用,结果表明:离体条件下,PDJ对烟草黑胫病Phytophthora parasitica Var. nicotianae的菌丝生长、孢子囊产生、游动孢子释放及萌发均无明显的抑制作用;PDJ处理后显著减轻了烟草幼苗黑胫病的病情,其最佳处理浓度为100 mg/L,最佳处理时间是接种前3 d,持效期在15 d以上;并且PDJ 100 mg/L处理烟苗下部第3片叶后,可使上部未处理叶片病情显著减轻。表明PDJ诱导了烟草幼苗对黑胫病的抗性。

       

      Abstract: The resistance of tobacco to black shank by treatment with propyl dihydrojasmonate (PDJ) was studied. The results indicated that PDJ had no suppression on the myceliar growth, sporangium produce,swarm spore release and germination. Foliar application with PDJ significantly reduced the disease severity of black shank. The optimal concentration of PDJ treatment for inducing resistance to black shank was at 100 mg/L. The proper time of treatment was at the third day earlier than inoculation with Phytophthora parasitica Var. nicotianae, and the induced resistance could last 15 d or more. Moreover, the disease severity of the upper untreated leaves was markedly reduced after the third leaf was treated with 100 mg/L PDJ. All the results indicated that PDJ significantly induced resistance of tobacco to black shank.
