    利用正交试验设计优选氰·莠水悬浮剂配方

    Application of Orthogonal Design in Suspension Concentrate of Cyanazine and Atrazine Mixture

    • 摘要: 采用流点法初步选定氰·莠(氰草津·莠去津)水悬浮剂润湿分散剂组份,通过分散剂含量与粘度曲线确定其较佳用量,在此基础上利用正交试验设计方法以常温贮存分层率和悬浮率为指标对润湿分散剂、粘度调节剂组份及其配比进行优选,确定了较佳配方并进行了贮存稳定性和除草效果验证。该方法提高了筛选配方的科学性和效率。

       

      Abstract: Suitable dispersing agents in suspension concentrate of cyanazine and atrazine mixture were screened by flowing point test. And their concentrations in suspension were determined through mass fraction-viscosity curve. In order to select the better ratio of different adjuvants the experiment was conducted by the orthogonal design. According to the layered rate and suspensibility of different combinations the better formulation was found. The storage experiment and control experiment on weed in corn field was also carried by this formulation. The results indicated that the orthogonal design could reduce the experimental time and cost, so it is an ideal method for the studying of pesticide formulation.
