    添加有机物对莠去津污染土壤微生物生物量的动态影响

    Effect of Organic Amendments on Soil Microbial Biomass in an Atrazine-contaminated Soil

    • 摘要: 土壤微生物生物量C和N及其C/N比是反映土壤质量的重要生物学指标。研究了除草剂莠去津污染土壤(每kg土壤中含莠去津10 mg)中分别添加3种不同有机物料(腐熟猪粪、水稻秸秆和紫云英,用量均为每1 kg土壤中加入有机物料10 g)对上述生物学指标的动态影响。结果表明,莠去津污染土壤后,土壤微生物生物量C和N及其C/N比率均明显降低;加入有机物料后,土壤微生物生物量C和N及其C/N比率均显著增加,增加幅度与加入有机物料的组成和生物特性有关,依次为腐熟猪粪>紫云英>水稻秸秆。

       

      Abstract: Soil microbial biomass carbon,nitrogen and its C/N ratio are the important biological indicators characterizing soil quality. An incubation experiment was conducted to study the response of soil microbial biomass C,N and C/N ratio to three organic amendments (pig manure, rice straw and Chinese clover) in a soil contaminated by atrazine herbicide at a rate of 10 mg/kg soil. The results showed that soil microbial biomass C and N and C/N ratio were significantly decreased after the soil was contaminated by atrazine. Organic amendments applied at a rate of 10 mg/g significantly increased microbial biomass C, N and C/N ratio in atrazine-contaminated soil. The effect of organic amendments on microbial biomass C, N and C/N ratio followed the order of pig manure>Chinese clover>rice straw.
