    辣椒碱对桃蚜的生物活性及其与几种杀虫剂的联合作用

    Biological Activity of Capsaicine and Its Joint Action with Other Pesticides

    • 摘要: 室内毒力测定和田间药效试验表明,辣椒碱对桃蚜Myzus persicae(Sulzer)具有较强的毒力和良好的防治效果。辣椒碱与阿维菌素或三唑磷复配增效作用明显。其中,辣椒碱与阿维菌素按1∶2(质量比,下同)复配,共毒系数达到185;与三唑磷按1∶10复配,共毒系数为362。而辣椒碱与高效氯氰菊酯按1∶5、1∶10及1∶20复配,共毒系数分别为42、42和71,拮抗作用明显。

       

      Abstract: The results of laboratory and field experiments showed that capsaicine had excellent toxicity and control effect to Myzus persicae (Sulzer). Capsaicine mixed with abamectin and triazophos showed the obvious synergism. Co-toxicity coefficient was 185 when capsaicine and abamctin mixed with the proportion of 1∶2; Co-toxicity coefficient was 362 when capsaicine and triazophos mixed in the proportion of 1∶10. But cotoxicity coefficients were 42, 42, 71 when capsaicine mixed with beta-cypermethrin in the proportion of 1∶5, 1∶10, 1∶20,respectively. Antagonism was very obvious.
