    氟硅唑在葡萄和土壤中残留的液相色谱分析方法

    Residue Analysis Method of Flusilazole in Grape and Soil by HPLC

    • 摘要: 为满足农药残留试验的需要,建立了氟硅唑在葡萄和土壤中残留的液相色谱分析方法。该方法仪器最低检出量为3.0×10-11 g,最低检出浓度为0.01 mg/kg,平均回收率为 92.6%~99.0%,变异系数为1.7%~13.3%。方法的灵敏度、精密度和检测限都符合农药残留分析的要求。

       

      Abstract: A method was developed to determine residue of flusilazole in grape and soil by HPLC. The lowest detection limit of instrument for flusilazole was 3.0×10-11 g. The limit of quantitation was 0.01 mg/kg.The average recovery and coefficient of variation of this method were 92.6%~99.0% and 1.7%~13.3%,respectively. HPLC system consisted of 15 cm×4.6 mm (id) Shim-pack VP ODS HPLC column equipped with a 3 cm ODS guard column. Chromatographic conditions as follows: mobile phase, acetonitrile+water(45∶55,V/V); flow rate, 1 mL/min; column temperature,45℃;detection wavelengths, 195 nm.
