    不同逆境条件下稻瘟灵对水稻脂氧合酶基因表达状况的影响

    The Effect of Isoprothiolane on the Expression of the Rice Lipoxygenases Gene in Different Stresses

    • 摘要: 将高盐胁迫及水稻再生相结合进行化学药剂筛选的方法是一种快速而有效的筛选方法,通过该法筛选出稻瘟灵对诱导水稻抗性的适宜浓度为20 mg/L。同时以一种水稻脂氧合酶基因cDNA(RCI-1)作为指标,克隆出相应探针。通过Northern杂交检测,发现稻瘟灵在不同的逆境条件(低温,高盐,病害)下可使RCI-1表达增强或提前,进而推断稻瘟灵对水稻抗逆性具有诱导作用,是一种抗逆化学诱导剂。

       

      Abstract: It is a rapid and effective method that combines the stress of high-salt and rice regenera- tion to choose the prospective chemical reagents. By this way, the optimum concentration of isoprothiolane (20 mg/L) was screened out on the induced resistance of rice seedlings. Also a probe of a cDNA of rice lipoxygenases(RCI-1) was cloned. By means of Northern blotting, it was showed that isoprothiolane could promote or advance the expression of RCI-1 in rice seedlings under different stresses, such as high-salt, chilling and pathogen infection. Consequently, it was inferred that isoprothiolane could induce the stress resistance of rice and isoprothiolane was a chemical resistance inducer.
