    Progress on Indoxacarb as an Oxadiazine Insecticide

    • 摘要: 噁二嗪类杀虫剂是以钠通道为主要靶标,对神经元nAchRs及GABA受体等具有多重作用的新型绿色农药,它具有超高效、高选择性、低残留等特点。概述了经由吡唑啉、吲唑、缩氨基脲、哒嗪、噁二嗪得到茚虫威的创制过程及其结构-活性关系,简要探讨了这类新型手性绿色农药的不对称合成及其发展方向。

       

      Abstract: Oxadiazines as a new type of sodium channel blocker combined a favourable environmental profile with high activity, excellent selectivity and low residue. Oxadiazines had multi-function to nerve receptors , mainly to sodium channel. Indoxacarb is an oxadiazine , which evolved from the pyrazoline moiety via the analogous pyridazines. The structure-activity relationship of oxadiazine and the analogues was described. Asymmetric synthesis of the green insecticide and the trend of development were briefly discussed.
