    Effect of Homologous Assay and Heterologous Assay on the ELISA Detective Sensitivity and Specificity

    • 摘要: 以获得的抗2甲4氯抗体及其包被抗原为研究对象,比较了同源和异源分析的灵敏度和特异性,并试图进一步揭示抗体的识别机制。结果表明:异源分析,特别是半抗原结构异源可大幅度提高检测灵敏度;同源分析和异源分析对于类似化合物的特异性无明显差异。

       

      Abstract: The detective sensitivity and specificity of homologous assay were compared with heterologous assay on MCPA. And the recognition mechanism of antibody was discribed. The result showed that heterologous assay, especially heterology in structure of hapten would largely improve the sensitivity of ELISA assay. And there was no efficiency difference in specificity for the analogous compound.
