    Effect of HBF-1 Strain of Bacillus thuringiensis on Growth and Development and Feeding of Anomala corpulenta and A.exoleta larvae

    • 摘要: 研究了苏云金芽孢杆菌Bacillus thuringiensis HBF-1菌株对10日龄铜绿丽金龟Anomala corpulenta和黄褐丽金龟A.exoleta幼虫存活率、拒食、抑制生长及取食选择性的影响。结果表明,随着感染剂量的增大和感染时间的延长,两种金龟子幼虫的存活率均下降,对铜绿丽金龟幼虫的拒食作用和生长抑制作用增强,使该幼虫对饲料的选择性增强。感染7 d时,对黄褐丽金龟幼虫的LC50值为64.16 μg/g,14 d时下降到13.98 μg/g,对铜绿丽金龟幼虫的LC50值则由79.69下降到19.14 μg/g。当菌剂浓度为10 μg/g、感染7 d时,HBF-1菌株对铜绿丽金龟幼虫的拒食率和生长抑制率分别为4.74%和9.84%,14 d时分别为30.75%和73.87%;当菌剂浓度达到160 μg/g、感染7 d时,对铜绿丽金龟幼虫的拒食率和生长抑制率分别为39.01%和83.61%,14 d时分别为86.10%和97.75%。可见高浓度菌剂对铜绿丽金龟幼虫有一定的拒食作用。

       

      Abstract: The effect of HBF-1 strain on survival rate, antifeeding, inhibition of growth and feeding behavior on 10 days instar larvae of Anomala corpulenta and A.exoleta larvae were studied by biological tests. The results showed that the survival rate of A. corpulenta larvae and A.exoleta larvae was decreased, the antifeeding effect and growth inhibition of A. corpulenta larvae were increased, the feeding selectitity to feedstuff of A.corpulenta larvae enhanced as the concentration of HBF - 1 strain was increased and the time of infected with HBF-1 strain was prolonged. When the A. corpulenta larvae treated with HBF-1 strain at the concentration of 160 μg/g soil for 7 d, the antifeeding rate and growth inhibition rate were 39.01% and 83.61%, 86.10% and 97.75% for 14 d. A.corpulenta larvae were somewhat repellent to the feedstuff containing HBF-1 strain of high concentration.
