    农药助剂溶液在靶标表面的动态润湿性

    Dynamic Wettability of Pesticide Adjuvant Solution on Target

    • 摘要: 通过测量3种常用助剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)及全氟辛磺酸四乙基胺(FT-248)水溶液的动态表面张力(DST),以及液滴在石蜡和玉米叶片上的动态接触角(DCA),讨论了DST对药液在靶标上的润湿性和铺展的影响。结果表明:药液落在靶标上的瞬时DST越小,则与靶标间的DCA越小,越容易在靶标上润湿;DST降低得越快,铺展的速度也越快。应用平衡表面张力(EST)来评价雾滴在靶标上的动态润湿行为具有较大的局限性,用DST能更确切地分析药液在靶标上的铺展过程。

       

      Abstract: For solving the bad wetting of the pesticide solution and the suitable concentration of the pesticide adjuvant for spraying the DST(dynamic surface tension) of several adjuvants (LAS,OP-10 and FT-248) and the dynamic contact angles(DCA) of little drop on paraffin and maize were determined.The effect of DST and DCA on wettability of spraying droplet was discussed.The results showed that the less DST,the less DCA, the better wetting effect,and the faster decreasing of DST, the faster spreading of the solution.DST as a parameter for studying wetting progress was more authentic than equilibrium surface tension(EST).
