    Application of Stomach Large Volume Direct Injection in Detecting Organphosphorous Pesticide Residues in Rice

    • 摘要: 初步研究了"胃袋式"大体积直接进样和质谱选择离子监测技术相结合检测大米中多种有机磷农药残留的方法。考察了无前处理进样时大米基质对14种农药信噪比的影响,结合质谱的选择离子监测技术,建立了其中9种有机磷农药的检测方法。其中7种农药的最低定量限(LOQ)为4.0~10.0 μg/kg,样品添加回收率范围在67%~106%之间,RSD大部分小于20%(n=6)。

       

      Abstract: Stomach' large volume direct injection (LVI) combined with selected ion monitoring-mass spectrometry (SIM-MS) to detect organophosphorus pesticide residues in rice was introduced.In the process,the influence of rice matrix on signal/noise (S/N) of 14 pesticide residues were studied.A method that detected 9 organophosphorus pesticide residues in rice with SIM-MS was established.The limits of qualititation (LOQ) of 7 pesticides were 4.0~10.0 μg/kg,the recoveries were between 67%~106% and the RSD were mostly less than 20% (n=6).
