    分散固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱方法快速净化 测定枸杞中12种农药残留

    QuEChERS Cleanup and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Determination of Twelve Pesticide Residues in Lycium barbarum

    • 摘要: 建立了简便、快速测定枸杞中常用12种农药的多残留检测方法。以乙腈作提取剂,PSA(primary secondary amine)为分散净化剂,采用气相色谱-质谱联用,在选择离子监测模式下进行检测,用外标法定量。结果表明,12种农药在0.01~1.50 mg/kg范围内线性良好,3个添加水平的平均回收率分别为82.8%~104.6%、86.1%~95.7%和76.0%~114.0%,检测限在2~15 μg/kg范围内。

       

      Abstract: A simple and rapid method was developed for determining twelve pesticide residues in Lycium barbarum. Pesticides were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up by dispersive solid phase extraction using primary secondary amine,detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detector under selective ion monitoring mode,and quantified by matrix-match standard solution. Good linear were obtained ranging 0.01~1.5 mg/kg.Average recoveries of 12 pesticides at three fortified levels were 82.8%~104.6%,86.1%~95.7% and 76.0%~114.0%,respectively.The limits of detection of 12 pesticides were ranging from 2~15 μg/kg.
