    乙羧氟草醚对斑马鱼的急性毒性和生物富集性研究

    Acute Toxicity and Bio-concentration of Fluoroglycofen-ethyl to Brachydonio rerio

    • 摘要: 采用半静态法测定了乙羧氟草醚对斑马鱼Brachydanio rerio的急性毒性和生物富集系数。以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和吐温-80为助剂,配制不同浓度的乙羧氟草醚溶液,测得其对斑马鱼的 LC50值为 3.10 mg/L,属于中等毒性。生物富集性试验中设乙羧氟草醚浓度为0.03 和0.30 mg/L, 持续暴露时间为8 d,测得生物富集系数 (BCF8d)分别为1.16 和2.43,属于低富集性。

       

      Abstract: The acute toxicity and bio-concentration factor of fluoroglycofen-ethyl were measured by using zebrafish (Brachydonio rerio) as test organism by semi-static method. N,N-Dimethylformamide and tween-80 were used as adjuvant to prepare the solution of fluoroglycofen-ethyl.The LC50 value of fluoroglycofen-ethyl to B.rerio was 3.10 mg/L.When exposed for 8 days,the bio-concentration factor (BCF8d) of fluoroglycofen-ethyl was 1.16 and 2.43 at the concentrations of 0.03 and 0.30 mg/L,respectively. The results suggested that bio-concentration of fluoroglycofen-ethyl in Brachydonio rerio was low.
