    黄瓜白粉病菌对己唑醇抗性诱导及抗性菌株生物学性状的研究

    Induction of Resistance to Hexaconazole and Biological Properties of Hexaconazole-resistant Strains of Sphaerotheca fuliginea

    • 摘要: 室内通过紫外线照射和药剂驯化相结合的方法连续诱变7代,获得了黄瓜白粉病菌Sphaerotheca fuliginea对己唑醇的抗性菌株,该抗性菌株对己唑醇的抗性水平达到105倍,其产孢量和致病力比敏感菌株略高,但差异不显著,且对戊唑醇、腈菌唑、多抗霉素和嘧菌酯无交互抗性,对醚菌酯表现交互抗性,结果表明田间用己唑醇防治黄瓜白粉病可能存在抗性风险。

       

      Abstract: Hexaconazole-resistant strains of Sphaerotheca fuliginea were obtained by chemical taming and UV irradiation in the laboratory.The resistance factor of the resistant strain was 105 fold,while the sporulation capacity and pathogenicity were higher than their parent strains without significant difference.Hexaconazole-resistant strains exhibited no cross-resistance to tebuconazole,myclobutanil,polyoxin and azoxystrobin,but showed positive resistance to kresoxim-methyl.The results suggested that S.fuliginea may develop resistance to hexaconazole when it was used to control cucumber powdery mildew in the field.
