    球孢白僵菌Bb00菌株对桑天牛幼虫营养生理及呼吸速率的影响

    Impact of Beauveria bassiana Bb00 Infection on Nutritional Physiology and Respiration of Apriona germari larvae

    • 摘要: 分别采用称重法和光合作用分析仪测定了白僵菌Beauveria bassiana侵染对桑天牛Apriona germari幼虫营养生理及呼吸速率的影响。结果表明,桑天牛幼虫感染白僵菌之后,其取食量、体重增加量及食物利用率皆明显下降,第5 d以后,食物利用率出现负值,虫体逐渐死亡。染菌后第3 d,白僵菌开始侵入虫体,桑天牛幼虫为抵御其侵入,呼吸作用加强,且呼吸节律的波动性明显增大。5 d后由于虫体抗御作用被破坏,呼吸强度开始下降,至第7 d虫体接近死亡,呼吸强度极低,波动性很小。

       

      Abstract: The effect of Beauveria bassiana on the nutritional physiology and respiration of Apriona germari larvae was studied.The results showed that the food consumption, weigh gain and efficiency of conversion of ingested food (ECI) of the infected larvae were significantly lower than that of the control.After infected for 5 d,the ECI was negative and the larva was nearly dead.To resist the B.bassiana, the respiration increased 3 d after inoculation.And 5 d later, the resist system of the insect was destroyed and the respiration metabolism level was decreased.When the larva was nearly dead at the 7 d,the respiration decreased to very low level.
