    次氯酸钠去除水和小白菜中毒死蜱残留的研究

    Removal of Chlorpyrifos Residue in Water and Pakchoi by Sodium Hypochlorite

    • 摘要: 研究了不同pH值下,不同浓度次氯酸钠溶液对水中毒死蜱的降解作用以及对小白菜中毒死蜱残留的去除效果。结果表明,在较低pH或较高浓度下,次氯酸钠能有效地降解水中的毒死蜱,如在pH 5.0的条件下,用浓度分别为20和100 mg/L的次氯酸钠溶液处理5 min,水中毒死蜱的降解率分别为97.4%和100%。而100和500 mg/L的次氯酸钠溶液对小白菜中残留毒死蜱的去除率为34.4%~70.6%。

       

      Abstract: The effect of sodium hypochlorite on degradation of chlorpyrifos in water and in the elimination of chlorpyrifos residue on pakchoi (a variety of Chinese cabbage) was studied.The results indicated that washing with sodium hypochlorite solutions at lower pH or higher concentration was more effective on degradation of chlorpyrifos residue in water.For instance,the percentage of degradation reached 97.4% and 100% by 20 and 500 mg/L sodium hypochlorite in 5 min at pH 5.0,respec-tively.Washing with sodium hypochlorite solutions was effective in the removal of chlorpyrifos residue in pakchoi,the removal rate was 34.4% ~70.6% at the concentration of 100 and 500 mg/L,respectively.
